Hello!
Sophie is doing great! All grown up and weighs almost 5lbs. I think Lillie wonders what she did without her. I am not very good at downloading pictures, but if you have a cell phone I will take one and send it to you. She wears her hair long, touches the floor, she’s been sweeping up the leaves in the yard for me, save me a lot of work! Her markings are beautiful.
She is a real joy, still very lovable and lot’s of fun. Oh, I forgot……….very smart too.
My babies have life jackets and went canoeing this summer, they love going through the grocery bags because I usually get them a toy, or fresh cooked chicken. Sophie still follows Lillie everywhere.
I’m tempted for another one, I check your web site occasionally. You have great puppies!
Thanks for touching base with me.
Maureen

Hi Lynn and Ernie,
Just wanted to wish you both Happy Holidays and say thanks again for the wonderful companion! Sophie is great and has been the nicest addition to the family. We believe her ease and sociability are in part due to being raised in your home with much love and attention from all. Have included a photo from this summer -surprisingly enough she just loves to be outside and actually walks 3 miles with us at a good clip many days in good weather!
Regards,
Louise and Dick Richards
(and of course Sophie!)

Hi Lynne,
I just wanted to tell you this story: Grace (not one of my puppies) wouldn't tell me she had to go out she would just sit by the door. So I got one of the bells that hang from the door handle that they hit when they need to go out. I have been trying to teach her to hit it and she wasn't catching on. Well then I said this is a good time to train Zoe (my puppy) on going out to go potty. So I showed her how to use the bell. One day I heard the bell! I looked and it was Zoe and she was asking for Grace. Zoe would ask for Grace for about a week and one day I heard the bell and look and Zoe was with me, I went to the door and Grace was ringing the bell! So Zoe taught Grace. Last night I heard the bell and took a quick look and it was Zoe and I didn't get right to her and then she hit it again and this time she wacked it so it would be very loud! Zoe hits it with her foot and Grace hits it with her nose.
Have a good day!
Rena
